Archer fish?

Archer fish! Unfortunately, a severely emaciated/stressed one - I gave it a few bloodworms and a cricket (which it ate) but it went Tango Uniform that night. The local fish store is getting a (more robust) replacement. Not uncommon - I hear - for the first meal after a period of starvation to kill a critter - I was trying to walk the fine line between getting some food in and giving too much and upsetting it’s precarious internal equilibrium.

you’ve got a great project! hope it turns out well. i want to build a mangrove tank too, but i highly doubt it’s going to flourish indoors.. in a 12 gallon tank. lol i just don’t have the space for it.
